We alleviate our clients of employer-related responsibilities by acting as the employer of record for our team members who are working temporarily in offices, as well as for those engaged in interviews for permanent placements. In addition to managing the payroll for these workers, we ensure that our auxiliary team members are properly classified as employees. This classification provides our clients with protection from both the IRS and workforce commissions.
We recruit and vet all employees based on our clients’ requirements and preferences so they can be presented with the most qualified candidates for placements and staffing needs.
We perform robust background checks and license verifications for all candidates so our clients can feel confident trusting our employees working in the practice and treating patients.
